hey, i'm shreyash (yash). builder. solver. thinker.

I build things at the intersection of systems, data, and markets. Columbia CS grad, fueled by long walks, good problems, and the occasional Celsius.

about me

I'm Shreyash (Yash), a software engineer at Morgan Stanley building systems at the intersection of LLMs, backend engineering, and financial data. Columbia CS '25, NYC-based, and perpetually curious about what happens when you put quantitative thinking inside production software.

My day-to-day involves shipping production-grade features: AI-driven CRM tooling, prompt engineering pipelines, and backend services that touch real markets. Before Morgan Stanley, quant research at CoinLion and data analytics at HSBC taught me to care deeply about what numbers actually mean, and how to make the systems around them fast and reliable.

Outside the terminal, I run multicultural community programs and spent years as a Resident Adviser supporting 600+ undergrads. I believe the best technology includes everyone. Long walks reset my brain. Celsius keeps it running.
